This week is a lot about pragmatics! We have a strong design and now we are choosing colors, talking with a structural engineer, and confirming framing components with Fred Underwood (Underwood Solar). Fred will be installing the solar panels and the electrical system, so his feedback every step of the way has been critical.
Timothy Gerhart—the structural engineer who will be working with us—is taking a look at the design and making sure that it is safe for 90 mph winds!
David Edwards stopped by and engaged us with his solar Power Flower, solar toys, and lots of fun electronics. You can learn more about David on his Facebook page.
