Things are getting real now! We visited the design site this week to get an understanding of the conditions that we are working with and have had awesome brainstorming sessions.
Fred Underwood of Underwood Solar visited us and gave a wonderful demonstration of the panels that we'll be using for our installation.
Fred Kraybill gave us a tour of his residential solar installation and we were delighted to witness his meter running backwards!
We also had the opportunity to visit the Center for Creative Reuse where we picked up a few materials to integrate into our sculpture.
Sketching and model making are now bringing this project to life. We can't wait to share the concept and title for the artwork with you!
What a great week!
